Unlike many other top companies, Leo Thieneman and Sons promises personal service on every project. One of our three partners, Leo Thieneman Sr., Leo Jr., or Mike, oversees each project personally, from meetings with clients and customizing floorplans, to scheduling and on-site supervision of the subcontractors. In fact, our business plans purposely call for growth not to exceed our ability to be involved one-on-one with our clients. With our company, there is no middleman. Our clients are able to talk directly to the decision-makers who have the authority to make changes and get things done promptly.
