Quality begins from the ground up. That’s why we set our homes atop a ten inch thick steel-reinforced concrete foundation surrounded by a interior and exterior perimeter drain tile system. The walls are then coated with Rub-R-Wall, a rubber polymer membrane with a limited lifetime warranty. It’s a system that is built to last!

Our dedication to quality begins with the areas finest subcontractors. We carefully choose our subcontractors and ensure them our loyalty provided they continue to meet our high standards. Most of our contractors have been partnered with us for over twenty years, some have been with us since our inception. Our current trim carpenter has been with us for almost twenty years. He took over the reigns from his father who was a thirty-five year veteran of the company. It's loyalty like this that helps us provide our customers with consistent quality in every home we build.
Energy Efficient Materials
Never before has energy conservation been more important than today. That’s why we’ve selected Anderson as our window of choice. Anderson windows feature Low-E glass to combat energy loss, as well as natural wood interiors protected by the low-maintenance exterior Perma-Shield system. In addition, our homes are wrapped with Tyvek, the market leader in home wrap technology. Coupled with an extensive caulking/flashing program, properly installed insulation and high efficiency furnaces from Lennox, our homes are designed to keep the elements out, and our customers comfortable.
